Security and trust

Independently tested, and clear about what that does and does not mean.

Third-party testing, how pricing data is handled, and the claims we deliberately do not make.

Independently tested

Third-party testing, conducted by QA Mentor.

TrueQuote successfully completed third-party load, stress, performance, security, penetration and vulnerability testing conducted by QA Mentor in September 2026.

Completing this testing is not a guarantee of absolute security. No software is vulnerability free, and we do not describe TrueQuote that way. What the certificates below record is that independent load, stress, performance, security, penetration and vulnerability testing was carried out and completed.

Pricing data

How your numbers are handled.

Your pricebook stays yours

TrueQuote is a display layer. Ranges are built from the numbers you already stand behind, and nothing is scraped, averaged or invented.

You set the permitted range

Ranges shown to homeowners can never leave the band you set. The presentation layer cannot widen it.

Homeowner inputs drive the estimate

The figures a homeowner sees follow from the project information they supply, which is why an online range orients rather than binds.

Online pricing is a research range, not an exact or binding job quote. Final price depends on inspection, scope, site conditions, configuration, code, labor, materials, warranty and the provider. See the pricing-transparency guide for how ranges are built.
